Disclaimer & General Information
1. Corporate Identity & Applicability
These General Information and terms apply to all performance monitoring frameworks, program agreements, official Discovery Calls, and modular coaching cycles arranged by Anne Delannet (operating in Amsterdam, Netherlands) for junior tennis athletes and their family networks. By accessing this website or engaging in these services, you explicitly agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Minor Data Governance & Mandatory Parent Verification (AVG/GDPR)
Strict Age Gate:In absolute accordance with the Dutch General Data Protection Regulation (Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming – AVG) for minor protection, we do not process personal data, track behavioral profiling metrics, or issue intake metrics to any junior athlete under the age of 16 without explicit, written, and verified parental or guardian consent.
Parent-Pillar Integration Ecosystem:Because our optimization models focus on the holistic performance ecosystem of competitive junior athletes, the execution of any framework requires a functional operational consensus called “Parent-Pillar Integration”. Parents or legal guardians are structurally integrated into the onboarding step-sequence, administrative tracking, and calendar coordination.
3. Strict Performance Scope & Healthcare Disclaimer
Non-Medical Framework:All coaching architectures, behavior assessments, visual anchors, and performance methodologies provided by Anne Delannet are designed strictly for sports routine optimization, behavior modification, cognitive performance training, and athletic conditioning.
No Medical or Psychological Healthcare:Anne Delannet operates as a Mental Performance Specialist and performance coach. The services provided do not constitute medical advice, clinical psychology, psychotherapy, psychiatry, or psychiatric healthcare.
No Healthcare Guarantee:Under no circumstances should athletic tracking protocols or behavioral guides be used to diagnose, treat, or replace formal medical or psychological therapies. If a junior athlete shows clinical signs of acute trauma, severe anxiety disorders, or clinical pathological conditions, the parents/guardians are explicitly required to seek the expertise of a licensed medical practitioner or clinical specialist.
4. Professional Liability Limits (Dutch Civil Code)
In accordance with Dutch civil liability limits (Burgerlijk Wetboek), Anne Delannet shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect technical, physical, or tactical outcome variance during training or competitive tennis circuits. The implementation of tactical match-play rituals and routine tracking models remains under the absolute voluntary governance of the athlete and their parent or legal guardian.
5. Structural Programs & Youth Cognitive Load
Services are commercialized via outcome-oriented performance architectures—such as the proprietary Match-Day Mastery program—consisting of 3 to 5 targeted high-impact sessions. To strictly comply with youth cognitive load limitations and maintain professional coaching ethics for minors, individual sessions are limited to an absolute maximum of 60 minutes.
6. Calendar Lock & Cancellation Policies
Calendar Reservation:Once an onboarding package or agreement is confirmed, fixed tactical slots are locked into the competitive season calendar.
Cancellation Window:In compliance with Dutch commercial standards, any session reschedule or calendar adjustment request must be submitted via verified email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Late Notice:Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be structurally accounted for as executed, and no financial or temporal credit will be issued.
7. External & Scientific References
This website contains structural analysis and case reviews based on peer-reviewed sports science research, including the Quiet Eye method. External data layouts, academic principles, or public information are shared exclusively for context, professional framework alignment, and client education.
