Additional information

How we protect your data?

In accordance with the European Parliament Regulation on data security and the provisions of the Law of 1 July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases, IT security measures have been put in place.

The website transmits personal data by encrypting it. This concerns the orders and your connection in your customer area. In addition, we use an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encoding system. In addition, the website is secured by means of organizational and technical measures against the loss, destruction, access, modification or dissemination of your data by any unauthorized person.

The website and the database are secured by OVH hosting, SecuPress and other third party security measures.

The newsletter mailing list database is secured by Mailchimp directly.

A technical audit conducted in May 2018 by HTTPCS by Ziwit confirms the good measurements made.

What data breach procedures we have in place? / What third parties we receive data from?

I am not a big company and little data is stored on my site. My site is hosted by a quality host who puts in place a good basic security and I put protections in place on my side.

The resulting leakages from the third-party systems used would be supported by these systems.

Being on this site (and the internet in general) you accept that a leak can take place is like going out in the subway and risk being robbed his wallet. It can happen. After on a small site like mine and with the little information that I have about you who are not « sensitive », you do not risk much.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data?

If you have an account on the website, you are subscribed to the newsletter; you will likely receive automated emails managed by the Mailchimp service, in accordance with the General Regulations on the protection of data with his « Privacy Shield ». The confidentiality clauses of the Mailchimp service are available on their website on this page.
At any time you can unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link at the bottom of each letter.
